Focus & Scope

Journal Bhakti is an electronic scientific publication exclusively dedicated to documenting, analyzing, and disseminating the results of Community Service (PkM) activities. As a tangible manifestation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, this journal serves as a vital platform connecting the academic world with the real needs of society. We are committed to publishing articles that promote the implementation of scientific knowledge to generate concrete, innovative, and sustainable solutions for community welfare improvement and development.

Jurnal Bhakti Nugraha welcomes submissions from academics, researchers, practitioners, and students reporting on PkM activities across a broad spectrum of topics, including, but not limited to:

  • Community Economic Empowerment: Entrepreneurship training programs, SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) capacity building, creative economy initiatives, microfinance management, and enhancing market access for local products.
  • Education and Literacy: Digital literacy training, public health education, environmental awareness campaigns, legal counseling, tutoring, and development of non-academic skills in communities.
  • Social and Humanitarian: Social interventions to address poverty, inequality, support for vulnerable groups, community organization capacity building, and disaster mitigation and post-disaster response programs.
  • Appropriate Technology (TTG): Implementation of simple and innovative technologies tailored to local needs to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of life in various sectors (agriculture, fisheries, home industries, etc.).
  • Environmental and Public Health: Community-based waste management programs, provision of clean water access, nutrition and hygiene education, and improvement of basic health facilities.
  • Arts, Culture, and Local Tourism: Preservation and development of local arts and cultural potentials, traditional craft training, and sustainable community-based tourism development.
  • Governance and Public Policy: Assistance in policy formulation at the local level, advocacy for community rights, and enhancement of public participation in decision-making processes.

Jurnal Bhakti encourages the clear presentation of PkM methodologies, measurable impact analysis, and reflections on challenges and lessons learned, in order to make significant contributions to the development of community service practices and theories.
