Transformasi tersebut terlihat dalam upaya menerjemahkan nilai amanah, keadilan, transparansi, tanggung jawab, dan kemaslahatan menjadi praktik tata kelola yang dapat diterapkan dan dievaluasi. Pembahasannya mencakup praktik bisnis syariah di tengah keterbatasan tata kelola serta pengelolaan lingkungan kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan berdasarkan perspektif manajemen syariah.
