This study discusses the implementation of the multi-contract or hybrid contract method in the Hasanah Card product issued by BNI Syariah. The study applies the Manhaj Tarjih Muhammadiyah approach to assess the conformity of the contracts used kafalah (guarantee), qard (loan), and ijarah (service fee) with Sharia principles. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method through interviews, document analysis, and examination of relevant fatwas and fiqh literature. The findings indicate that the implementation of hybrid contracts in the Hasanah Card product complies with Islamic law, as long as the combination of contracts does not involve elements of riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), or maysir (speculation). The Manhaj Tarjih Muhammadiyah approach, through its bayani, ta‘lili, and istislahi methods, provides a rational and textual foundation for the permissibility of hybrid contracts when applied for the benefit of the ummah in modern financial transactions.
